3 Ways to (Usefully) Lose Control of Your Brand

Control is one of those words . . . After all, we all want and even believe we have control, but we don’t.  The most successful spiritual gurus, and from what you will see in this interview, the most successful business men, know that control is something we never really have.

“At the end of the day, as hyper-connectivity and transparency expose companies’ behavior in broad daylight, staying true to their true selves is the only sustainable value proposition.”

At the center of this discussion is the idea that real power belongs to the people – the consumer or the person receiving the product or idea.  Rather than fight it or try and control them, Mr. Leberecht presents three ways to grow any idea or product by doing less and letting others do more.
